Riverside Park Conservancy
On Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, Connecticut will again host events in honor of National Trails Day® .
This year, Riverside Park Conservancy is partnering with Bates Friends forever to co-host a New London walk – Explore Bates Woods Urban Forest – planned for Saturday, June 7, 10-11:30am; participants will meet at Pavilion 3 (across from the NL Animal Control office)and follow a circular path through 85 acres of undeveloped woodlands, ancient rocky ledges, and protected wetlands.
